Telematics parties
Offer follow-up without building a control room yourself. Detection stays yours.
An alert is not yet action. Notifense is the virtual control room that handles what happens after detection, for any telematics or IoT provider.
Any provider can connect. What that means for you depends on where you sit.
Offer follow-up without building a control room yourself. Detection stays yours.
You want a lower claims burden and a better chance of recovery, with follow-up you can verify.
You have equipment with tracking and want it protected as well as it can be.
From the setup to the evidence afterwards.
Movement outside working hours, a geofence being left, a disconnected battery. You decide in advance what is worth an alert, and who receives it.
Every alert goes out automatically. Still want to speak to a person? Escalate with one press of a button and you get one on the line.
Notifense is owned by no provider, insurer or recovery firm. The consortium holds impartial oversight.
Notifense calls you, acts on your response and turns it into the next step. At 03:00 as well.
Every alert, every answer and every escalation with a clear timestamp. Usable for a police report and for a claim.
Because Notifense is automated, there is no limit to the number of alerts it can process.
The platform runs in European data centres, spread across multiple regions. If one goes down, the service keeps running.
You buy credits up front and pay per alert sent. An asset that raises no alarm costs nothing.
Four steps, from your rules to getting it back.
You decide which event is worth an alert, who receives it, through which channel, and what happens when you escalate. Straight from your provider's platform or from Notifense's.
Your provider forwards the event. If it matches your rules, the alert goes out straight away, by phone call, SMS, Telegram or email.
Ignore it, mute it for a period, or escalate and get a person on the line. No app needed, the choice sits in the alert itself.
The live location comes from your provider, and investigators take over the recovery, with the police alongside where that is needed. Every step gets a timestamp.
The telematics party supplies the event, the owner decides and recovery follows up. Notifense holds that chain together.
GPS-Buddy detects. Notifense acts.
GPS-Buddy is our launching partner and the first to connect its Flowter platform to Notifense. From 1 November 2026 any telematics or IoT provider can connect.
Notifense is the follow-up layer for connected assets: a virtual control room any telematics or IoT provider can connect to. We receive events from the connected provider, check them against the rules the owner set, call the owner and organise the follow-up as soon as the owner escalates. Fully automated, with a person on the line from an escalation onwards.
Notifense B.V. is based in Almere and was founded with partners from telematics and from tracking and recovery, so that alerting, follow-up and retrieval sit in one chain. The platform does not replace GPS, sensors or telematics; it connects to them. The platform runs in European data centres, spread across multiple regions.

Days data retention
Set up by parties from telematics and from tracking and recovery, so that alerting, follow-up and retrieval sit in one chain rather than with three separate suppliers.

So recovery does not sit with an outside party you have to call in yourself, but inside the chain. On escalation you reach people who do this work every day.
You buy credits up front and use them per alert. There is no monthly fee and no fixed contract value. The larger the bundle, the lower the price per credit.
Every alert consumes a fixed number of credits, depending on the channel. You only pay for what actually goes out.
No subscription and no price per asset per month. Monitoring an asset that raises no alarms costs nothing.
A parent account tops up a wallet and lets subaccounts draw from it. Or each subaccount buys its own bundles.
