An independent body that governs the Notifense Quality Mark. The consortium is currently being established.
A neutral body, set up as a foundation or an association, that safeguards the independence and the quality standards of the Notifense platform.
The consortium has its own board and its own rules. It does not sell the platform and does not share in its revenue, so it has no interest in how an assessment turns out. That is what makes the mark mean something to an insurer.
The consortium develops and manages the Notifense Quality Mark and sets the technical and operational standards, in consultation with the participating parties.
Certified parties are reassessed periodically. The assessment is carried out by an independent auditor on behalf of the consortium, not by Notifense itself.
Participation is open to telematics parties, insurers and Notifense B.V. No single party controls the certification process.
The legal form and the governance rules (board composition, voting rules, bylaws) are being finalised. We publish the structure and the certification criteria as soon as they are established.
