Event delivery
The reliability and the quality of the event data that the connected party delivers to the platform.
An independent certification for telematics parties connected to Notifense. The quality mark is being developed and is not yet being issued.
Security systems are inspected on the day they are installed. Theft happens after that. The Notifense Quality Mark is not about the equipment in the asset, but about the chain that follows: whether events actually arrive, whether an alert actually goes out, and whether follow-up is actually carried out and logged.
The criteria are being drawn up by the consortium. They will address the performance of the chain, not the features of a software product.
The reliability and the quality of the event data that the connected party delivers to the platform.
The time between an alarm and the alert that reaches the owner of the asset.
Whether escalation and follow-up are actually carried out, and whether they are logged in a way that can be verified afterwards.
Certification is not permanent. Connected parties are reassessed by an independent auditor on behalf of the consortium.
The quality mark does not exist yet. No party has been certified, and no assessment has taken place. The criteria and the audit procedure are being set by the consortium, which is itself being established. We publish the full criteria as soon as they are established.
